Chiropractic and Sports

Chiropractic is getting very common in sports and many trainers will encourage it before, during, and after any physical performance.

When the spine and all other joints in the body move properly and the nervous system functions at 100%, a person can perform at their sport 100%. Solid body maintenance makes sure the body can recover faster, be less stiff and sore. The main goal in sports chiropractic is to promote flexibility and pain free movement. Chiropractic has been shown to reduce posibility of injuries and reduce painful symptoms of recurrent joint instability related to sport injuries. With the care many have improved strength, endurance, and range of motion while training.
